Sunday Morning Abs/Back/Swim Workout

I didn’t hit it too hard on July 4th which enabled me to get up at a reasonable time today to get in a morning workout. Avoided doing any legs because I’m going to try to get in a long run (~10 miles) later today when it cools down.
Back/Abs
- Reverse Grip Chin-Up 9 reps
- Swiss Ball Crunches 100 reps
- Glute Bridge March 26 reps
- Wide Front Pull-ups 7 reps
- Medicine Ball Pike Crunches 20 reps (10 lb ball)
- Side Bridge 30 seconds each side
- Closed Grip Pull-ups 5 reps
- Heels to Heaven 25 reps
- Back Extension 25 reps
- Switch Grip Pullups 6 reps
- Hanging Knees to Elbows 12 reps
- Walking Plan 10 reps
- Lawnmowers 10 reps x 40 lbs
- Kneeling Cable Chop 15 reps x 25 lbs
- Cable Pulldown Crunches 25 reps x 65 lbs
