Pre-Workout
20 oz water with 5 grams creatine, 4 grams citrulline malate, 20 grams dextrose, 100mg caffeine, 600 mg Beta Alanine

Breakfast
3 Egg Kale Omelot fried in coconut oil
Steamed Broccoli
Medium Sweet Potato with quarter stick butter

Lunch
